Our Leadership Coaching Boot Camps are transformational 30-hour certification workshops - delivered over 4 days - that provide an in-depth look at coaching's core competencies, ethics, tools, and methods. Our experimental methodology allows participants to not only practice hours of peer-to-peer coaching, but will also prove the chance to analyze several real-world case studies from our 200+ decks of International Coaching Federation accredited materials. Each Boot Camp is preceded by an informational 2-hour "LSG" seminar in which participants will LEARN about Coaching, SEE a facilitator coach live and unscripted, and provide each other coaching in one-on-one break outs.
